I have uploaded a word document that will help you understand what I am looking for in your Polling Projects. By now you should be examining the data and starting to summarize and analyze the work you have done. Use the word document titled Public Opinion Grading information if you are stuck on what to write and what to talk about for your presentations.

Polling Project thoughts by MrSokoloffMrSokoloff, 1257301323|%e %b %Y, %H:%M %Z|agohover

A student asked me the following and I thought others might have similar questions:
"when we go to ask ten people the questions do we have to ask one person all 15 questions or what? Can you please explain?"

Here is my response: yes, please ask each person your whole poll; you want to get a "representative" sample of president obama's approval rating on the three subjects.

Remember that each person is responsible for writing up responses as well!

I have posted the rubric that I used to grade your federalism v. anti-federalism paper… click here or see above to download a word document copy of it. As of right now (7th inning in the phillies game) I have 90% of them graded and still need to enter the grades in my computer. If they aren't done tonight they will definitely be done by Wed. when I see you back in school.

Rubric for Federalism v. Anti-federalism Paper by MrSokoloffMrSokoloff, 1257133510|%e %b %Y, %H:%M %Z|agohover

Hello Students,

I am sorry for not posting the documents sooner; I just now am getting home! I do not have a digital copy of the "purposes of govt." handout. I will try and scan it onto the website later tonight after I make dinner and prepare for my other classes tomorrow.

I posted the review sheet and I was also feeling generous and posted the notes I made when we reviewed the 5-philosopher's handout. This is not complete information: we discussed more in class! Make sure you study your notes as well.

Good luck tomorrow, study hard and get some much needed rest!
